In a bowl add MTR gulab jamun mix and make dough using water
Dough should be soft and moist so add little water and grease with ghee
Now in a pan add oil and allow to heat for deep frying
In other pan add sugar, water and cook till sugar melts later add saffron strands and cardamom powder and mix well
Meanwhile make small balls from dough(dough need not be rested use directly)
When oil is hot put gas on high flame and drop balls one by one and later simmer the stove
By doing this jamun dosen't break
Fry them till red color and remove from.oiland directly transfer into sugar syrup
Let them settle in the syrup and serve hot after main course
